Angie Noriega

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT

I am here to create a safe space for you to talk about your feelings with no judgments. Life can be hard and obstacles are put in our way where we may need more support. My focus in each therapy session is to meet my client where they are at, have my client feel safe, understood and empowered to make healthy steps toward their goals. I hope that I can be the therapist that supports you on your journey to be the person that you want to be and be able to manage the hard things. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, PTSD, and personality issues. I can tailor my approach to what you need drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT. I provide psychoeducation in coping skills, utilizing mindfulness, and art therapy interventions to express emotions. I pride myself on my Latino heritage and ensure that I am culturally sensitive to all. When you are ready, I am here for you.

I received my bachelor's degree from California State University, Fullerton in Sociology and went on to receive my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. I am a Coachella Valley native and have been living in LA for the past six years. I can't wait to work with you and get you to where you want to be.
