I believe that everyone has the capability to find their balance in life. I strive to provide a safe space with no judgment to help each individual find undiscovered potential. My goal is to guide you in finding your strengths to be able to better understand how to navigate challenging circumstances.
I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology, with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. I am bilingual in English and Tagalog. I have experience in working with children, teens, and families with my work in community mental health. In my experience with diverse communities, I have worked with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and everyday life challenges. I have utilized approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Trauma-Informed Care, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness, Problem-solving skills, Crisis Interventions, and MAP (Managing and Adapting Practices) to guide clients in expanding their minds and finding their balance.
Throughout my experiences, one thing I continue to give utmost importance is being an advocate for my clients and to work with them in being able to feel heard, safe, and capable.
