I believe in creating a comfortable environment for my clients, so feel free to bring your pet along—they're always welcome to give their seal of approval! As a proud parent of two furry children and one human, I understand the ups and downs of parenting and family dynamics.

With a specialization in trauma and over five years of experience working with diverse populations in both community mental health and private practice, I strive to provide culturally sensitive support. My volunteer work at Children’s Hospital of L.A. (CHLA) and Kensington Assisted Living Facility for Memory Care has enriched my experience further.

I have training and experience in crisis management and have worked with clients facing a range of issues, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, military trauma, gender dysphoria, domestic violence, grief, phase-of-life changes, fertility struggles, divorce, and substance abuse.
