Hi, I'm Mary Mau, and I have many years of experience in customer service, as a clinical data coordinator and patient liaison. For the last 27 years I have worked with both patients and their families navigating their care from intake through treatment.

As a liaison I would connect patients with the provider most specialized to care for their needs. Through my service in multiple medical office settings I have also acquired a knowledge of Insurance so I will be able to help answer your coverage or eligibility questions.
